General Description

The GEM-SOL coil is designed to bemounted on the "operator" to set up asolenoid valve.

The coil, including its magnetic circuit, isencapsulated in high temperature resistantnylon to withstand humidity and heavyduty requirements.

Notes

The coil should not be energized withoutbeing assembled on operator.

All GEM-SOL coils are designed to operate+at 10% of normal voltage.-

Our engineering department is able to designcoils to any special requirement, they can thenbe produced in any quantity specified.GEM-SOL coils are suitable to work at

100% ED, however when energizing AC8W orDC10W coils for a long time, the temperaturedeveloped may affect solenoid seals. Pleaseconsult our technical sales department to getfurther information on the use of lower powercoils or Viton seals.

For outdoor applications or when the coil is

exposed to high humidity, we recommend the useof impregnated coils. Please contact our technicalsales department for specific requirements.

General Description

The operator is designed to be assembled on a valveor a counterpart, to set up a solenoid valve.

According to the operator and valve construction, allfunctional versions are possible: 2/2-3/2 way normallyclosed or open.

The operator is mounted on all our solenoid valves.It may be used with alternating or direct current.

Notes

Operator slot should be designed accordingto our specifications.

Operator for DC is without shading ring and maynot be used for AC or DC use.

ADC operators and valves are suitable for usewith AC or DC current. When an order of anoperator or a valve is without a coil, ADCoperators will be supplied.

一般进口电磁阀线圈不会出现问题

但是也不排除出问题的可能。

教你判断电磁阀好坏的绝招,不要外传哦。如果电磁阀长期带电,可用手摸摸线圈,如果是热的,线圈没问题,在PLC

上强制输出几次,阀动作,电磁阀肯定没问题,如果不动作,你可以把找个螺丝刀放

在电磁阀阀体上用耳朵靠近听,

电磁阀带电的时候回有声音,

如果不没动作,

那就很有可能是阀芯堵了,你还可以吧电磁筏后面风线解开。看看风的切换。 一般工艺反映不动作后,先去中控室查看继电器是否有电,是否动作。一是离班组近,

二是继电器动作频繁也易出故障。

然后去现场,

开盖儿检查电磁阀是否带电,

如无电则往上查接线箱和电缆,如有电,则通、断接线,听电磁阀有无动作声音,如无声,量线圈电阻,坏则更换;线圈好,则可能是阀芯被卡。

查找故障要一步一步按顺序来,一般先不去现场,

因为你不知道有没有电,是否是中控室里的原因,

去了现场查出是中控室的毛病,你再来回跑,折腾。

我厂电磁阀也很多:

1先判断两线是否有电

2可用螺丝刀靠近电磁阀上面,一定是上面。是否有磁力,如有请拆开阀体,检查阀心有无小异物,内弹簧是否卡住,清除加油OK

电磁阀得电后,可以用螺丝刀的金属部分试一下是否有吸力,

如果有吸力,还是不正常,可能是阀芯卡了,如果没有吸力,可能是中间继电器有问题。

量电磁阀线圈电阻,一般不超过150欧,否则电磁阀线圈烧坏。量电压可判断是否

PLC柜子的中间继电器之类的问题。

如都正常则有可能阀塞卡住了。

你可以改变输出信号后

观察现场电磁阀是否动作听声音即可或者现场的气路改变

如果电磁阀不动作你可以用万用表测一下电磁阀线圈的电,

如果电压送出就说明电磁阀的问题,可能是阀芯卡了,或者线圈断了,

如果没有电压那就是继电器的问题或者回路的问题或者电源

WE 型式的方向阀是电磁线圈操作的方向滑阀。它们控制流的启动,停止和方向。

范文七:电磁阀故障

“该出水时不出水,不该出水水长流”。

——故障原因:感应器受环境亮度及反射光线影响产生误动。

——解决办法:1、调整感应器调节旋纽;2、采取挂窗帘、贴窗纸等方法隔离汽车灯光、太阳反射光等外界光线或采取更换灯具等办法改变环境亮度,然后重复步骤1。

开启速度慢,关闭滞后甚至无法关闭,不但浪费水甚至造成水患。

——故障原因:1、感应器灵敏度差、反应迟钝;2、水压过高(供水管网水压变大后没有及时调整手动水压调节阀);3、电磁阀阀芯与阀座产生粘连、阻力过大;3、先导式电磁阀 (又叫射流式电磁阀)先导孔堵塞;4、交流电压低或电池电量不足。

出水水量太小甚至不出水。

——故障原因:1、电磁阀卡住或堵塞;2、手动水压调节阀内置滤网堵塞;3、供水管网水压减小后没有及时调整调节阀。

直流供电式感应洁具电池寿命达不到产品说明书的使用期限,电池更换频繁且更换不便。 —— 故障原因:1、电池寿命是理论寿命,是在特定使用条件下,如每天使用时间为a,每次工作时间为b,水压为c,水质为d等理想化的条件下的使用时间,类似于汽车的标称油耗,与实际有较大的出入;2、目前感应洁具市场僧多粥少,不良厂家有意夸大电池使用寿命。

交流供电式感应洁具存在严重的安全隐患:不少感应洁具绝缘等级不高,且没有漏电保护装置,一旦绝缘失效很容易造成触电事故;国内民用建筑、特别是居民家庭普遍没有接地保护或没有可靠的接地保护(拆开室内墙上的三孔插座,会发现很多接地线根本就没有接),一旦发生线路短路就很容易造成触电事故。

注意事项:

交流供电的感应洁具一定要有漏电保护器,同时必须良好接地。

水质差,特别是颗粒性、粘附性杂质多不宜用。

电压不稳、经常停电不宜用交流供电式感应洁具。

光线明暗变化大和容易受不确定光线影响的场合不宜用。

必须根据供水水压及时调整水量调节阀或者用其昌感应洁具自动水压调节阀替换手动调节阀。

正常供水情况下定期拆洗、清理过滤网,管道检修后及时清理过滤网或者用其昌感应洁具自动水压调节阀替换手动调节阀。

一,电磁阀线圈烧坏,可拆下电磁阀的接线,用万用表测量,如果开路,则电磁阀线圈烧坏。原因有线圈受潮,引起绝缘不好而漏磁,造成线圈内电流过大而烧毁,因此要防止雨水进入电磁阀。此外,弹簧过硬,反作用力过大,线圈匝数太少,电压过低也可使得线圈烧毁。应重新更换线圈。

电磁阀卡住。电磁阀的滑阀套与阀芯的配合间隙很小(小于0.008mm),一般都是单件装配,当有机械杂质带入或润滑油太少时,很容易卡住。处理方法可用钢丝从头部小孔捅入,使其弹回。根本的解决方法是要将电磁阀拆下,取出阀芯及阀芯套,用CCI4清洗,使得阀芯在阀套内动作灵活。拆卸时应注意各部件的装配顺序及外部接线位置,以便重新装配及接线正确,还要检查油雾器喷油孔是否堵塞,润滑油是否足够。

二,电磁阀不能关闭

主阀芯或铁动芯的密封件已损坏→更换密封件

电磁阀常见故障及解决办法

怎么处理电磁阀的故障

电磁阀线圈的额定电压有DC12V、DC24V、AC24V(50/60Hz)、AC110V(50/60Hz)、AC220V(50/60Hz)、AC380V(50/60Hz)。一般在电气设计时要么采用AC220V(不需加装开关电源,成本低、线路简单而便于维护)、要么采用DC24V(常用的的安全电压、开关电源/电磁阀线圈都易于维修更换)。

检测电磁阀好坏的方法:先给电磁阀通上被控制的介质(带压力的液体、气体,压力值为电磁阀使用压力范围的中间值),再给电磁阀线圈通电,如果被控制介质有从通到断或从断到通的状态的变化,那么电磁阀就是好的,否则就是有问题的。

电磁阀常见故障有:

1、线圈短路或断路:

检测方法:先用万用表测量其通断,阻值趋近于零或无穷大,那说明线圈短路或断路。如果测量其阻值正常(大概是几十欧),还不能说明线圈一定是好的(我有一次测得一个电磁阀线圈阻值大概50欧姆,但电磁阀无法动作,更换该线圈后一切正常),请进行如下最终测试:找一个小螺丝刀放在穿于电磁阀线圈中的金属杆的附近,然后给电磁阀通电,如果感觉到有磁性,那么电磁阀线圈是好的,否则是坏的。

处理方法:更换电磁阀线圈。

2、插头/插座有问题:

故障现象:

如果电磁阀是有插头/插座的那种,有可能出现插座的金属簧片问题(笔者就碰到过)、插头上接线的问题(比如将电源线接到接地线上去了)等原因无法将电源送到线圈中。最好养成一个习惯:插头插在插座上之后把固定螺丝拧上,线圈上在阀芯杆之后把固定螺母拧上。 如果电磁阀线圈的插头配备有发光二极管电源指示灯,那么采用DC电源驱动电磁阀时即行就要接对,否则指示灯不会亮。另外,不要将不同电压等级的带发光二级管电源指示的电源插头调换使用,这样会导致发光二极管被烧毁/电源(换用低电压等级的插头)出现短路或发光二极管发光很微弱(换用高电压等级的插头)。

如果不带电源指示灯,电磁阀线圈是不用区分极性的(不象线圈电压为直流的晶体管时间继电器以及线圈上并联有二极管/电阻泄漏回路的线圈电压为直流的中间继电器,需要区分极性)。

处理方法:修正接线错误、修复或更换插头、插座。

3、阀芯问题:

故障现象1:在电磁阀所通介质压力正常的情况下,按下电磁阀红色的手动按钮,电磁阀都没有任何反应(压力介质没有出现通断的变化),说明阀芯一定是坏的。

处理方法:检查介质是否存在问题,如压缩空气内是否有很多积水(有时候油水分离器起的作用不是很大,特别是当管路设计不良时通到电磁阀的压缩空气会有很多积水)、所通液体介质是否有很多杂质。然后清除电磁阀及管路中的积水或杂质。如果再不行,请维修(如果你有时间有耐心而且有必要的话@_@)或更换阀芯,或者干脆把整个电磁阀全部换掉。 故障现象2:经过检查,线圈是原配线圈而且线圈通电时磁性正常,但电磁阀依然不动作(这时电磁阀手动按钮的功能有可能是正常的),说明阀芯是坏的。

处理方法:请维修或更换阀芯,或者干脆把整个电磁阀全部换掉。

至于电磁阀阀体的维修,因为种类太多,那么多种的维修方法俺也说不了很多,这里就不再赘述了。

现场快速判断电磁阀好坏方法

一、首先检查是不是电磁阀电磁线圈故障?

在DCS上给二位阀给开或者关的信号,然后看电磁阀是否得失电,一般在现场听声音即可。 若听不到,那线圈肯定是有问题,至于电磁阀本身是不是有问题?(下面解释)

如果电磁线圈问题,首先检查接线,看是不是有虚接,或者有短路现象,如果线路上没问题就是电磁阀线圈烧坏,可拆下电磁阀的接线,用万用表测量,如果开路,则电磁阀线圈烧坏。原因有线圈受潮,引起绝缘不好而漏磁,造成线圈内电流过大而烧毁,因此要防止雨水进入电磁阀。此外,弹簧过硬,反作用力过大,线圈匝数太少,吸力不够也可使得线圈烧毁。

二、若线圈是好的,那就是电磁阀本身的问题。一般可以在手动调节处用一字起由1调到0位置,使阀打开,若是能打开就说明的确是线圈的问题,换个线圈就可以了,若打不开,就拆电磁阀,看是不是阀芯卡住,或者是有杂粒堵,清洗正确应该用CCL4,但是考虑到现场没有条件的话,可以用汽油,实在没有用水也可以,清洗后可以用现场仪表气进行吹干,拆时务必记好各部件的顺序,不注意的话,装的时候很容易出错,顺序记错就算你清洗好电磁阀,即使电磁阀已经通了也还是打不开的!

纵观国内外电磁阀,到目前为止,从动作方式上可分为三大类即:直动式、反冲式、先导式,而从阀瓣结构和材料上的不同以及原理上的区别反冲式又可分为:膜片式反冲电磁阀、活塞式反冲电磁阀;先导式又可分为:先导式膜片电磁阀、先导式活塞电磁阀;从阀座及密封材料上分又可分为:软密封电磁阀、钢性密封电磁阀、半钢性密封电磁阀。

一、直动式电磁阀

原理:常闭型直动式电磁阀通电时,电磁线圈产生电磁吸力把阀芯提起,使关闭件离远开阀座密封副打开;断电时,电磁力消失,靠弹簧力把关闭元件压在阀座上阀门关闭。(常开型与此相反)

原理:它的原理是一种直动和先导相结合,通电时,电磁阀先将辅阀打开,主阀下腔压力大于上腔压力而利用压差及电磁阀的同时作用把阀门开启;断电时,辅阀利用弹簧力或介质压力推动关闭件,向下移动便阀门关闭。

特点:在零压差或高压时也能可靠工作,但功率及体积较大,要求竖直安装。

原理:通电时,电磁力驱动先导阀打开先导阀,主阀上腔压力迅速下降,在主阀上下腔内形成压差,依靠介质压力推动主阀关闭件上移,阀门开启;断电时,弹簧力把先导阀关闭,入口介质压力通过先导孔迅速进入主阀上腔在上腔内形成压差,从而使主阀关闭。 特点:体积小,功率低,但介质压差范围受限,必须满足压差条件。

两位三通电磁阀通常与单作用气动执行机构配套使用,两位是两个位置可控:开-关,三通是有三个通道通气,一般情况下1个通道与气源连接,另外两个通道1个与执行机构的进气口连接,1个与执行机构排气口连接,具体的工作原理可以参照单作用气动执行机构的工作原理图。

两位五通电磁阀通常与双作用气动执行机构配套使用,两位是两个位置可控:开-关,五通是有五个通道通气,其中1个与气源连接,两个与双作用气缸的外部气室的进出气口连接,两个与内部气室的进出气口接连,具体的工作原理可参照双作用气动执行机构工作原理 在气路(或液路)上来说,两位三通电磁阀具有1个进气孔(接进气气源)、1个出气孔(提供给目标设备气源)、1个排气孔(一般安装一个消声器,如果不怕噪音的话也可以不装@_@)。 两位五通电磁阀具有1个进气孔(接进气气源)、1个正动作出气孔和1个反动作出气孔(分别提供给目标设备的一正一反动作的气源)、1个正动作排气孔和1个反动作排气孔(安装消声器)。 对于小型自动控制设备,气管一般选用8~12mm的工业胶气管。在电气上来说,两位三通电磁阀一般为单电控(即单线圈),两位五通电磁阀一般为双电控(即双线圈)。线圈电压等级一般采用DC24V、AC220V等。 两位三通电磁阀分为常闭型和常开型两种,常闭型指线圈

没通电时气路是断的,常开型指线圈没通电时气路是通的。 常闭型两位三通电磁阀动作原理:给线圈通电,气路接通,线圈一旦断电,气路就会断开,这相当于“点动”。 常开型两位三通单电控电磁阀动作原理:给线圈通电,气路断开,线圈一旦断电,气路就会接通,这也是“点动”。 两位五通双电控电磁阀动作原理:给正动作线圈通电,则正动作气路接通(正动作出气孔有气),即使给正动作线圈断电后正动作气路仍然是接通的,将会一直维持到给反动作线圈通电为止。 给反动作线圈通电,则反动作气路接通(反动作出气孔有气),即使给反动作线圈断电后反动作气路仍然是接通的,将会一直维持到给正动作线圈通电为止。这相当于“自锁”。 基于两位五通双电控电磁阀的这种特性,在设计机电控制回路或编制PLC程序的时候,可以让电磁阀线圈动作1~2秒就可以了,这样可以保护电磁阀线圈不容易损坏。

电磁阀在液路系统中用来实现液路的通断或液流方向的改变,它一般具有一个可以在线圈电磁力驱动下滑动的阀芯,阀芯在不同的位置时,电磁阀的通路也就不同。阀芯的工作位置有几个,该电磁阀就叫几位电磁阀:阀体上的接口,也就是电磁阀的通路数,有几个通路口,该电磁阀就叫几通电磁阀。 电磁阀安装后,一般所有接口都应该是连接好了的,所谓工作位置指的是阀芯的位置。阀芯在线圈不通电时处在甲位置,在线圈通电时处在乙位置,阀芯在不同位置时,对各接口起到或接通或封闭的作用。

电磁阀二位是指电磁阀的阀芯有两个不同的工作位置(开、关)。 电磁阀二通、三通指电磁阀的阀体上有两个、三个通道口; 比如二位二通电磁阀是一进一出(二个通道、最普通常见) 二位三通电磁阀控制液体是一进二出(两出分别是一个常开一个常闭);气动换向电磁阀是一进一出一排气;液压一进一出一回油。

国内外的电磁阀从原理上分为三大类(即:直动式、分步直动式、先导式),而从阀瓣结构和材料上的不同与原理上的区别又分为六个分支小类(直动膜片结构、分步重片结构、先导膜式结构、直动活塞结构、分步直动活塞结构、先导活塞结构)。

直动式电磁阀:

原理:通电时,电磁线圈产生电磁力把关闭件从阀座上提起,阀门打开;断电时,电磁力消失,弹簧把关闭件压在阀座上,阀门关闭。

特点:在真空、负压、零压时能正常工作,但通径一般不超过25mm。

分布直动式电磁阀:

原理:它是一种直动和先导式相结合的原理,当入口与出口没有压差时,通电后,电磁力直接把先导小阀和主阀关闭件依次向上提起,阀门打开。当入口与出口达到启动压差时,通电后,电磁力先导小阀,主阀下腔压力上升,上腔压力下降,从而利用压差把主阀向上推开;断电时,先导阀利用弹簧力或介质压力推动关闭件,向下移动,使阀门关闭。

特点:在零压差或真空、高压时亦能可*动作,但功率较大,要求必须水平安装。 先导式电磁阀:

原理:通电时,电磁力把先导孔打开,上腔室压力迅速下降,在关闭件周围形成上低下高的压差,流体压力推动关闭件向上移动,阀门打开;断电时,弹簧力把先导孔关闭,入口压力通过旁通孔迅速腔室在关阀件周围形成下低上高的压差,流体压力推动关闭件向下移动,关闭阀门。

特点: 流体压力范围上限较高,可任意安装(需定制)但必须满足流体压差条件

对电磁阀在应用中的一点认识:

电磁阀在我们的生产中应用十分广泛,我们在对生产的维护中一定遇见过不少有关电磁阀的问题,也处理过各种各样的故障,大家也一定积累了不少有关电磁阀故障处理的经验,而我在维护中处理电磁阀故障相对别的仪控故障相对较少,现在我就这个问题一起和大家讨论,渴望从大家那里学习更多的经验,共同提高。

我们先对电磁阀有个初步的认识,电磁阀是由电磁线圈和磁芯组成,是包含一个或几个孔的阀体。当线圈通电或断电时,磁芯的运转将导致流体通过阀体或被切断,以达到改变流体方向的目的。电磁阀的电磁部件由固定铁芯、动铁芯、线圈等部件组成;阀体部分由滑阀芯、滑阀套、弹簧底座等组成。电磁线圈被直接安装在阀体上,阀体被封闭在密封管中,构成一个简洁、紧凑的组合。我们在生产中常用的电磁阀有二位三通、二位四通、二位五通等。这里先说说二位的含义:对于电磁阀来说就是带电和失电,对于所控制的阀门来说就是开和关。

我们制氧机仪控系统中,二位三通电磁阀用的最多,它在生产中可用来接通或切断气 源,从而对气动控制膜头气路进行切换。

它由阀体、阀罩、电磁组件、弹簧及密封结构等部件组成,动铁芯底部的密封块借助弹簧的压力将阀体进气口关闭。通电后,电磁铁吸合,动铁芯上部带弹簧的密封块把排气口关闭,气流从进气口进入膜头,起到控制作用。当失电时,电磁力消失,动铁芯在弹簧力作用下离开固定铁芯,向下移动,将排气口打开,堵住进气口,膜头气流经排气口排出,膜片恢复原来位置。在我们的制氧设备中,在透平膨胀机进口薄膜调节阀的紧急切断等处有应用。 四通电磁阀在我们的生产中应用也很多,其工作原理如下:

当有电流通过线圈时,产生励磁作用,固定铁芯吸合动铁芯,动铁芯带动滑阀芯并压缩弹簧,改变了滑阀芯的位置,从而改变了流体的方向。当线圈失电时,依靠弹簧的弹力推动滑阀芯,顶回动铁芯,使流体按原来的方向流动。在我们制氧生产中,分子筛切换系统强制阀的开关就是通过二位四通电磁阀来控制的,气流分别供至强制阀的活塞两端。从而来控制强制阀的启闭。

电磁阀的故障将直接影响到切换阀和调节阀的动作,常见的故障有电磁阀不动作,应从以下几方面排查:

(1)电磁阀接线头松动或线头脱落,电磁阀不得电,可紧固线头。

(2)电磁阀线圈烧坏,可拆下电磁阀的接线,用万用表测量,如果开路,则电磁阀线圈烧坏。原因有线圈受潮,引起绝缘不好而漏磁,造成线圈内电流过大而烧毁,因此要防止雨水进入电磁阀。此外,弹簧过硬,反作用力过大,线圈匝数太少,吸力不够也可使得线圈烧毁。紧急处理时,可将线圈上的手动按钮由正常工作时的“0”位打到“1”位,使得阀打开。

(3)电磁阀卡住。电磁阀的滑阀套与阀芯的配合间隙很小(小于0.008mm),一般都是单件装配,当有机械杂质带入或润滑油太少时,很容易卡住。处理方法可用钢丝从头部小孔捅入,使其弹回。根本的解决方法是要将电磁阀拆下,取出阀芯及阀芯套,用CCI4清洗,使得阀芯在阀套内动作灵活。拆卸时应注意各部件的装配顺序及外部接线位置,以便重新装配及接线正确,还要检查油雾器喷油孔是否堵塞,润滑油是否足够。

(4)漏气。漏气会造成空气压力不足,使得强制阀的启闭困难,原因是密封垫片损坏或滑阀磨损而造成几个空腔窜气。

在处理切换系统的电磁阀故障时,应选择适当的时机, 等该电磁阀处于失电时进行处理,若在一个切换间隙内处理不完,可将切换系统暂停,从容处理。
